Proposals & More
Proposals are where design directly wins — or loses — work. A strong proposal doesn't just look good, it builds confidence before a single meeting happens. I've supported competitive RFP responses, grant applications, and business development materials across transportation, planning, and aviation sectors, treating every submission like a brand moment.
Proposals
I develop strategic visual communications that support complex proposal pursuits, transforming technical information, engineering concepts, business strategies, and programmatic content into clear, compelling, and visually engaging narratives. Partnering closely with proposal managers, technical subject matter experts, and leadership teams, I create custom graphics, infographics, organizational charts, process diagrams, presentations, templates, and branded proposal materials that help capture evaluators' attention and communicate key differentiators.
My work focuses on translating complex ideas into accessible visual solutions that strengthen messaging, improve readability, and reinforce business objectives. By combining design expertise, storytelling principles, and a deep understanding of proposal strategy, I help teams produce high-impact deliverables under demanding deadlines while maintaining brand consistency, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Through collaboration, creativity, and attention to detail, I create visual assets that support pursuit success and enhance the overall effectiveness of business capture efforts.
PowerPoint Assets
During proposal and presentation development, I noticed teams across the firm were frequently recreating the same graphics, maps, infographics, and slide layouts from scratch, resulting in inconsistent branding and unnecessary production time. To address this challenge, I developed and expanded the Kimley-Horn PowerPoint Asset Library, a centralized collection of ready-to-use templates, infographics, icons, maps, covers, and branded visual elements. The initiative focused on identifying commonly requested graphics, standardizing design resources, and making them easily accessible to teams across the firm. By creating a scalable, organized solution, the library improves efficiency, reduces repetitive design work, strengthens brand consistency, and empowers staff to build professional, visually engaging presentations more quickly and confidently.
Stickers
To support client projects, office initiatives, and team engagement efforts, I design custom sticker collections that transform branding and project themes into memorable visual assets. From concept development and illustration to print-ready production, I create designs that reinforce brand identity, celebrate project milestones, and generate excitement around events and campaigns. These small-format graphics provide a creative, tangible way to increase visibility, strengthen team culture, and extend the impact of larger branding initiatives beyond traditional marketing materials.
LinkedIn Graphics & Digital Communications
I develop branded LinkedIn graphics and digital content that communicate complex technical information in a clear, engaging, and visually compelling format. Working closely with technical staff, project managers, and marketing teams, I translate project milestones, thought leadership content, industry insights, and corporate initiatives into professional visual assets that strengthen brand recognition and audience engagement. Through thoughtful design, strategic messaging, and consistent application of brand standards, these graphics help elevate the visibility of key projects, support business development efforts, and expand the reach of organizational communications across digital platforms.
Leave Behinds
Leave-behind materials extend the conversation beyond the meeting, giving clients a clear, memorable overview of our team and expertise. I design pieces that combine clean layouts, strategic messaging, and engaging visuals to communicate complex information quickly while reinforcing Kimley-Horn's brand and leaving a lasting impression.
Banner Stands
Banner stands are often the first thing people see at conferences, career fairs, and client events. I design bold, eye-catching displays that communicate key messages at a glance while maintaining a clean layout and strong brand consistency.
